This version adds support for Time Sensitive notifications in iOS 15. This way, you can be notified when you need to message someone even if you are in a Focus.

It also improves the experience around sending messages to groups of people. Enjoy!

Thanks for all your help and feedback. This version improves the experience of scheduling a message—one of the most important actions!

It also integrates the built-in dark mode with the system dark mode by default. You can choose to override the system setting just for this app if desired.

Pointedly 2.0.1 release

This fixes an issue some people had migrating their data from the previous version of the app into this new version. In case your data is migrated twice, just go into the game and person lists from the Home Screen and merge the duplicates. Cheers!

iCloud syncing keeps your data safe and consistent across devices.

This version is a complete rewrite of the app from the ground up, using SwiftUI, Apple’s latest technology. Some of the highlights include:

  • Integration with system dark mode
  • Connect to external display for presentation
  • Full support for iPadOS features, including multiple windows, multitasking, and trackpad integration

Thanks for your help with the release. This update fixes a couple issues that slipped through.

  • Fixes a crash when trying to send feedback, which made sending any feedback much harder. Sorry!
  • Fixes an issue that sometimes stopped a message from actually sending
  • Fixes a problem with confetti never going away when rapidly sending multiple messages
  • Launches related apps properly instead of waiting to load in the app

  • All-new adjustable image outline mode that removes color and make it much easier to trace
  • Previous image library to select an image you worked on before saved with all settings you had applied
  • Drag and drop support for adding an image from another app (only available on iPad)

  • Control lock has been completely redesigned to work better and protect you from moving your image while tracing
  • Dot grid and crosshairs have been thickened to be more visible through most paper
  • Auto-lock prevention so your device will not go to sleep while you are working
